What data we collect
The data you voluntarily send through the event request form: name, email address, phone number, event date, number of guests and message. In addition, the web server (Nginx) logs technical data for each visit —IP address, date, time, user agent and requested page— in its standard log files.
Purpose
We use the form data only to manage your event request: confirm availability, arrange the menu and contact you. Server logs are used for the security and technical maintenance of the site.
Legal basis
The performance of your event request (pre-contractual measures at your request) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational.
Recipients
Form requests are emailed to the restaurant through our delivery provider (Resend). The site is hosted on a server provided by a hosting company. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting obligations. Server logs are kept for short periods and rotate automatically.
Your rights
Under Chilean Law 19.628 and Law 21.719 you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by contacting us by phone or through the contact form.
